New Champion - Four Years Old

Delaney is an absolutely delightful girl. She is ready for anything and her tail never stops wagging. She can always be found with something in her mouth and she "woo-woos" to tell us about her day. Until she was four years old, this girl was a perpetual motion machine. Friends would bring their dogs over to our place to get "Delaney-cized" because an afternoon of playing with Delaney resulted in the visiting dog going home and sleeping for the rest of the day (and a good part of the following one!).

Delaney is currently in training for flyball. She's quite a character, too. She knows exactly what we want her to do, but in true flat-coat fashion, tries to outsmart us by doing it her way. Fortunately, our trainer has a sense of humor and the other members of the club are very patient.

Delaney is the dam to our "Play" litter. We are planning another litter in the summer of 2007. See the "Upcoming Litters" page for more information.

Delaney's favorite activity is a good game of "keep away" with the other dogs. In this picture, she has stolen "Grampa Riker's" stick and is waiting for him to come get it.

Delaney is about two years old in this picture. Remember the comment about her being a perpetual motion machine? This picture was taken while she stopped to pee.
